QCP Builders was contracted by Shadow Home Builders to complete the shell construction of a single-family home in LaBelle, FL. The project included full site preparation, foundation work, and CMU block wall construction with a structural tie-beam system. Our team handled framing, truss installation, sheathing, and dry-in, ensuring the structure was ready for mechanicals and finishes.

Scope: Turn-Key Foundations & Material Bin for Mobile Concrete Batch Plants
Builder: QCP Builders
QCP Builders completed full turn-key construction services for Geoquest’s mobile concrete batch plant installations at two locations: LaBelle and Dade City, Florida. Each site included the construction of heavy-duty slab foundations exceeding 100 cubic yards of reinforced concrete, as well as a cast-in-place material bin designed to support daily batching operations.
Our comprehensive scope included all excavation and site prep, formwork, structural rebar placement, inspections, large-scale concrete placement, finishing, and coordination of all trades. Both projects were delivered on time, built to spec, and ready for immediate equipment deployment.
These industrial-grade installations reflect QCP Builders’ capability to deliver high-performance concrete infrastructure for demanding commercial and manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and reliability.

Scope: LDO Remediation, Site Compliance, and Workspace Development

QCP Builders was brought in to resolve a county permitting violation at a commercial site in Lehigh Acres, Florida, previously impacted by unpermitted work performed by an unlicensed contractor. Our team managed the full remediation process, restoring the property to compliance under Lee County’s Land Development Order (LDO) requirements.
The scope of work included replanting required native tree species, regrading and organizing the site, and working closely with the county to clear all citations and violations. In addition to compliance efforts, we developed a functional outdoor workspace to support Johnny’s Mobile Welding operations, including safe equipment zones, access routes, and material staging areas.
QCP Builders delivered this project on time, ensuring full regulatory compliance while creating a durable, efficient site layout that supports long-term business operations.

Scope: Full Site Work Package – Multiple Residential Lot Developments
Builder: QCP Builders.
The scope of work included land clearing, vegetation removal, rough and fine grading, compaction, and layout support for multiple slab foundations. We also prepared utility corridors for water, sewer, and electrical services, and ensured all site work met Lee County code and elevation standards.
QCP Builders was contracted by Shadow Home Builders to perform complete site development services across multiple residential projects in LaBelle, Florida. Our team managed several lots simultaneously, coordinating labor and equipment efficiently to maintain schedules and meet builder expectations.
Despite the complexity of managing concurrent jobs, all sites were delivered clean, inspection-ready, and on schedule. This series of projects demonstrates QCP Builders’ capacity to support volume builders with scalable, dependable site work solutions.

Scope: Full Interior & Exterior Remodel Following Eviction

Our scope of work included removal of damaged fixtures and debris, replacement of all interior flooring, doors, and drywall repairs throughout the home. We also installed new kitchen appliances, updated both bathrooms, and performed a full interior and exterior paint job.
QCP Builders was hired to restore a single-family rental property in Lehigh Acres following an eviction. The project included a full property cleanup and comprehensive interior and exterior renovations to prepare the home for new tenants.
