Working under Albu & Associates, our team performed Division 02 41 19 selective structure demolition to prepare the existing space for renovation and build-out.
The scope of work included interior demolition, removal of existing finishes and selected construction elements, debris handling, site cleanup, and coordination with the general contractor to maintain a safe and organized work area. Our team worked carefully within the existing tenant space to support the next phases of construction while protecting surrounding areas and maintaining project flow.

Scope: Turn-Key Foundations & Material Bin for Mobile Concrete Batch Plants

QCP Builders completed full turn-key construction services for Geoquest’s mobile concrete batch plant installations at two locations: LaBelle and Dade City, Florida. Each site included the construction of heavy-duty slab foundations exceeding 100 cubic yards of reinforced concrete, as well as a cast-in-place material bin designed to support daily batching operations.
Our comprehensive scope included all excavation and site prep, formwork, structural rebar placement, inspections, large-scale concrete placement, finishing, and coordination of all trades. Both projects were delivered on time, built to spec, and ready for immediate equipment deployment.

Scope: LDO Remediation, Site Compliance, and Workspace Development

QCP Builders was brought in to resolve a county permitting violation at a commercial site in Lehigh Acres, Florida, previously impacted by unpermitted work performed by an unlicensed contractor. Our team managed the full remediation process, restoring the property to compliance under Lee County’s Land Development Order (LDO) requirements.
The scope of work included replanting required native tree species, regrading and organizing the site, and working closely with the county to clear all citations and violations. In addition to compliance efforts, we developed a functional outdoor workspace to support Johnny’s Mobile Welding operations, including safe equipment zones, access routes, and material staging areas.
